The crucible works at high temperature, so it have high requirements on it’s thermal shock stability, no cracks.In the production process in strict accordance with the standard,the crucible clay is based on madern crushing technology-such as automatic control,split-flow,screening,combination,mixing,vacuum seal, and set time to make crucible clay to the best status.Then make crucibles,dry it at a constant temperature,at last fire it, so it’s thermal shock stability is pretty good.
Due to different materials have different anti-corrosion performance, we adopting good anti-corrosion materials in the crucible surface.The automatic smooth surface technology is make crucible highly dense. Which not only improves the purity of the glass material but also extends the lifetime of the crucible.
After years of practice, the crucible shape is designed according to the kiln’s shape and firepower…so as to expand the effective heat transfer surface,reduce the bottom of the remaining material, large capacity and low energy consumption.
