Melting Capacity: Standard range is 50kg-500kg; customized solutions are available.
Fuel Type: Electric (suitable for laboratory).
Temperature: 1000℃-1600℃ (covers the mainstream melting needs of soda-lime glass, special functional glass, etc.).
Heating Method: Molybdenum disilicide rod / silicon carbide rod heating

2/The melting glass crucible inside the pot furnace can be replaced, which can meet the production needs of “small output and multiple varieties” and greatly improve the efficiency of product type switching.
3/Intelligent temperature control for safety and stability.
4/The “เบ้าหลอมแก้ว mouth outward + indirect heating” design is adopted. The molten glass absorbs heat indirectly through the crucible wall, completely isolating impurities and moisture in the kiln atmosphere, and avoiding defects such as bubbles and impurity points in the glass liquid from the source. It is especially suitable for the production of high-purity functional glass and special glass.
